$250 Hole Sponsor: The donor’s business is noted on their own personal sign at their very own hole during the tournament. 

$500 pin prize and hole sponsor: Gets a hole sponsorship sign in addition to a “Pin prize” sponsorship. The donor is welcome to set up a booth to man the pin prize hole if they so choose and are able to give hand-outs etc. of their business or product offerings. The pin prize will be selected by the golf committee and will be announced that you are the sponsor of the prize during the awards ceremony.

$750 Dinner, pin prize, and hole sponsorship: Donor gets the aforementioned pin prize and hole sponsorship benefits in addition to extra signage and advertising that they are the dinner sponsors. This is an opportunity to get more of an individual and targeted advertisement for your business as we usually have 90+ industry professionals all sitting together during the dinner portion.

Raffle Prize Donation: We are looking for 3-4 large raffle prizes ($200 value or more) for the raffle during the tournament. Some ideas for these prizes are TVs, coolers, etc. and are allowed to be branded items so this may be a good opportunity to reach out to vendors that have CO-OP dollars for events and have them get good advertisement for your product or service!

Any option you choose is extremely appreciated by us and the whole ASHRAE team as your dollars go towards keeping our chapter meetings and great events such as the golf tournament going.

You can pay via the email link below or can reach out to one of us with a check made out to ASHRAE SD. We will be sending out an email invite at a later time to officially sign teams up and buy mulligans, raffles, gimme puts, etc.

Proceeds raised by this event go toward Chapter Operations and our annual ASHRAE Research & Promotion Goal.  Our RP goal for 2024-2025 is $13,500.
